When will I receive my rewards?

We normally mail out Finisher rewards 4 weeks after the end of a challenge. Please ensure that you provide your full address (including House/Unit/Tower Numbers) to ease the shipping process. 

For overseas participants (Outside Singapore) please be advised that there will be an additional of 1-2 weeks of lead time for your parcel to be delivered to your mailing address. 

Do I get the rewards I signed up for if I do not complete the challenge distance within the challenge period?

You are entitled to receive the event rewards regardless of whether you have completed the finisher distance or not.
However, if you have signed up for the Finisher rewards,  you must complete the Finisher Distance to be eligible to receive the reward.

Can I change the address that my rewards will be delivered to?

Yes, you can. You must update the information page on your profile by clicking the Update Info button. Please note that you must update your information before the event registration ends.

Can I change my T-shirt or Jersey after I receive it?

No, you cannot exchange your rewards once you receive them. Unless you received a DIFFERENT SIZE from the size you initially added when you registered for the event. 

If your jersey or t-shirt is defective, you can contact us via for further assistance. However, you can choose to swap t-shirts and jerseys with a fellow rider on the Togoparts Exclusive Cycling Community Facebook Group!

Will I receive the event rewards if I don’t complete the finisher distance?

For Commemorative or Event Rewards, yes we will be sending them to you regardless if you are a finisher of the challenge or not. 

Do you provide a tracking number for my rewards?

Yes, a tracking number shall be sent to your email address once your rewards are already dispatched for delivery. To track your parcel, click here

Do you send it via mailbox or sent on our doorstep?

For participants residing in Singapore, the delivery will be sent at your doorstep via ParknParcel.

How do I update my information?

Click on the Update Info button to change your reward sizes, and personal information. Your rewards will be delivered to the address provided.
