Why aren't my activities showing up on the leaderboard?
If your rides aren't showing up on the leaderboard, please make sure that STRAVA has all the required permissions as shown in the screenshot to synchronize your STRAVA activities with Togoparts.

Can I ride indoors on a trainer or stationary bike, and log that ride?
Generally yes. However, this varies for every challenge. We recommend checking the challenge page to verify if the challenge that you signed up for accepts indoor activities. Some of our challenges may only accept outdoor activities and may exclude activities logged on stationary bikes.

Can I upload manual rides?
We have just added a new feature for participants to be able to upload manual activities in the challenge.
However, this varies from every challenge - so we would recommend checking on the challenge page to know if manual activities are allowed in the challenge you signed up for.

How do we unlock manual achievements?
For achievements that are unlocked manually, our team will go through the posts (IG & FB) once a week (every Monday).
If your post meets all the criteria, the achievement will be unlocked for you.
However, here are a few things you need to remember when trying to unlock manual achievements:
1- Make sure that your post is public.
2- Make sure to add your username to your post.
3- Remember to add the hashtags as instructed in the achievements.
