Why aren't my activities showing up on the leaderboard?

If your rides aren't showing up on the leaderboard, please make sure that STRAVA has all the required permissions as shown in the screenshot to synchronise your STRAVA activities with Togoparts.

Activities usually take from five to fifteen minutes to sync. Click here for more troubleshooting options. If you're still facing issues, please contact us.

Can I ride indoors on a trainer or stationary bike, and log that ride?

Yes. Your ride will be recorded as an 'Indoor' Ride.

Can I upload manual rides?

Manual input rides will be counted as indoor rides, and subjected to our verification process to be recognised.
