How do I create an ad on the Marketplace?

You can create an ad by clicking the Post Ad button on the top right corner of the Marketplace homepage.

How do I manage my ads?

You can access Manage Ads from your profile dropdown menu. Alternatively, click here to access the page.

How do I edit my ad?

Head to your Manage Ads page:

  1. Click on the dropdown icon at the top right corner of the ad.

  2. Click Edit Ad.

How do I permanently delete my ad?

Head over to your Manage Ads Page and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the deleted ads section.

  2. On the ad you want to delete permanently, click on the dropdown.

  3. Now select 'Permanent Delete' to delete your ad.

What are Priority Ads?

You can upgrade your ads to Priority Ads. These are ads that are prioritised on the top of the marketplace homepage for 7 days. This will help you gain maximum exposure among tens of thousands of ads.

How do I upgrade my ad?

To upgrade an ad, head over to your Manage Ads page and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the drop-down button on the top right corner on each ad.

  2. Select Upgrade Ad.

What is a T-credit?

T-credits (T-creds) are our very own currency. Purchase and spend T-creds whenever you want to prioritise your ads in the marketplace, or use them to refresh and bump them up to the top for a mere 1 T-credit each.

How do I refresh my ad?

To refresh an ad, head over to your Manage Ads page and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the drop-down button on the top right corner on each ad.

  2. Select Refresh Ad.

You can refresh your ad priority when you spend 1 T-credit. This will keep your Priority Ad on top for another 7 days!

What is shortlisting?

Shortlisting helps you save your favourite ads before you go ahead with the purchase.

How do I report an ad?

To report an ad, click on the ad you want to report. In the details page, click on the ‘Report Ad’ button next to the ad title. State your reason in the pop-up description and click on 'Report'.

Questions related to Marketplace Trust and Safety

Why is my ad in moderation?

To improve the trust and safety of our Marketplace users, all ads are subjected to review by Togoparts. Ads that are under review can be found in your 'in-moderation' tab in the Manage ads page.

How do I get verified?

Once your account and ads meet our internal review requirements, one of our moderators will verify you at their discretion.

What are the perks of getting verified?

Once our moderation team verifies your profile, you’ll get a verified badge that’ll mark you as a trusted user across the marketplace. Your submissions will be trusted by default and will appear on the marketplace instantly.

How long will it take for my ad to get approved?

An ad that is in moderation might take up to 24 hours before it gets approved.

How do you deal with scammer accounts?

We are actively vigilant around the marketplace and remove all scam ads and ban the accounts from our system. And as a user, you can report any scam ads to us as well. You can report an ad by clicking the ‘Report Ad’ button next to the ad title.

How do I delete my ad?

To delete an ad, head over to your Manage Ads page and follow these steps:

  1. Click on Live Ads.

  2. And from the dropdown, select Delete. Please note that this will only hide the ad for everyone but you.
